Tools for life
Psychology meets Design
"When designing tools and methods I adopt a Heuristic approach, which means I use myself as the bench mark. I continually practice, craft and develop the tools. Having tried and tested them on myself and found them to be effective in my own life I then offer them to others to try out and with their feedback I continue adjusting and fine-tuning them. For example, the Self-Doubt Maps were a result of a two year research masters 2012-14 on the subject of Self-Doubt. This was something that was continually limiting me and so I wanted to delve in and understand it better. Since then the maps have continued to evolve and clients often report how beneficial they find the maps in their day to day lives."

Self-Doubt Maps
A navigational system that guides us beyond self-limitations, fear and doubt in order to face our ongoing life challenges with more confidence and trust.

The C.A.R. Method
C.A.R stands for Child-Adult-Revovery. This method helps us identify and heal our wounded inner-child, understand the driving forces of our lives and find new ways to move forward.

Language of the Heart
Using the power of our imagination we can access the deeper heart beyond all our wounds and our pain. Here we get to know our true self and our true power.
Other Current Projects
Dreaming / Re-claiming / Re-wilding
"Our shared challenge of being human and moving through the landscape of our lives is something that I'm very interested in - where and how we get stuck and what we can do to heal ourselves and unearth our potential. What I have discovered within myself and with my clients is that we can get fixated on what is missing, lacking and lost in our lives and use much of our energy trying to fix, avoid or fill the emptiness we feel as a result. What gets missed in this is our true nature that remains hidden but unaffected by our traumas and wounds. We first have to address our wounds but then the revealing of this hidden part of ourselves is like discovering a limb we never knew we had and once know our lives expand in unfathomable ways. The tools I've created are all ways of finding our way back home to the truth of who we really are."

Social Dreaming World
In social dreaming we use the ecology of dreams to create deeper connections to ourselves, others and the planet. We offer up our dreams and regard the dreams of others as our own.

The Escapegoat
Are you the family scapegoat? Do you feel unseen by your family? Has your hurt been denied making you feel that there is something very wrong with you? If so this method will help.

Inner Palace
A drawing and meditation practice. Applying creativity and mindfulness in nature. Finding peace and healing through stillness, presence and creative exploration.
